Important Popcorn Details

Popcorn Selling Season has begun! Sales opened on August 1, and you don’t have to wait until the pool party or our first pack meeting to start selling. Here are the steps to get you going:

• Register your Scout on the Trails End website: https://www.trails-end.com/
• Council is Laurel Highlands, District is Eagle Valley, and Unit is Pack 366
• Download the Trails End app to your phone and login with your registration info from Trails End. The app and how to use it can be found at: https://app.trails-endcom/
• You can take credit card payments using the Trails End app. If you have a square you can use it with the Trails End app.
• Checks should be made payable to Cub Scout Pack 366
• You must use the 2022 form. Last years form is different; we will have them at the pool party, but you can download one now at: https://www.lhcscouting.org/sites/lhcscouting.org/files/popcorn_order_form_with_containers.pdf
• You can sell online through https://www.trails-end.com/ shipping for the entire sale is free!
• All orders and money (NO cash) will be due at the October 12^th pack meeting

2022-2023 Popcorn Incentives

• Avoid the 2nd $70 dues payment by reaching a sales goal:
  • $150 for new scouts at any rank.
  • $300 for returning scouts.
• Plus prize(s) from the prize sheet.
• Plus no charge Tee shirts for all who need them if pack makes enough profit to cover cost.
• Plus profit helps pack purchase future equipment or pass savings back by covering more Blue and Gold Banquet cost.
• Even if you don’t make the goal, it helps the pack achieve a greater profit percentage by having a high percentage of members participate.  (Even selling a small amount is helpful.)
• Pack 366 is raffling off prizes yet to be determined as a part of the popcorn sale.  Each scout will be given 1 ticket and for every $100 of popcorn the scout sells, they get another ticket.  The drawing for the prizes will be at the November pack meeting (11/12).
